Event Description:
Local veterans are invited to a reception to view Farragut Museum exhibits and enjoy light refreshments. Frank Galbraith, retired Farragut Middle School history teacher, will present The Day of Infamy in the Town Hall Board Room. He will discuss the events leading up to WWII, including the end of WWI, the roaring ’20s, organized crime, the Great Depression, Hitler coming to power and the attack on Pearl Harbor. WWII veterans have a special invitation to attend and answer questions. Reception at 6 pm, Presentation at 7 pm
