Well-Being 101: The 10 year challenge looking ahead 2019 to 2029
Looking back was a focus of the 10 year challenge, with a side by side picture phenomenon that occurred with the start of 2019. Celebrities joined us in posting pictures of ourselves 2009 vs. 2019. Optimists focus more on what is ahead in our lives, how to set realistic goals and plan for the future. Our question is, what will your life look like in 2029? Take control of what you can today with Well-Being 101 (not to be confused with the fad diet that told millions of people not to eat!) In this class we will talk about hot topics weekly such as:
"What is your life satisfaction, and how can you improve it today?"
"Tips to organize, declutter, and let go of what you do not use today."
"Diversity matters, we have more in common than we know."
"Self care, self care, and knowing how to take care of you!"
"Prioritizing: knowing what is most important to focus on now."
"Health, mental health; stress reduction and its effects."
Sometimes we cannot pinpoint what it is exactly that does not feel right within us. Human beings, as diverse as we are, have commonalities and preferences. Utilizing a group atmosphere, the seminar fosters brainstorming activities to support one another to be the architect of the life we want!
New curriculum offered weekly. This is an open class. Attend one or all in the series!
