Who you are: Threds is looking for an experienced marketing strategist who shares our values, wants to join

to celebrate the company’s successes and is ready to make an immediate impact.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
• Review, recommend and introduce marketing and sales materials (i.e. specials, leave behinds, direct
mail, digital guides, lookbooks, etc.)
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns
• Create and manage social media campaigns
• Collaborate with marketing agency to execute marketing plans and strategies focusing on prospecting
and lead generation
Business Development
• Prospect and identify new business opportunities
• Represent Threds at local networking and community events
• Plan, organize and coordinate Threds special events
• Oversee all community outreach initiatives
• Evaluate and lead Threds Lab redesign and reconstruction
• Collaborate with Sales Manager to implement and execute sales initiatives and incentives
Customer Relations
• Develop creative solutions for clients’ branding needs
• Introduce and implement customer thank you initiatives encouraging repeat business
• Oversee both the marketing and digital teams
Requirements and Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 plus years of experience in marketing is preferred
• Excellent organizational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
• Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-team capacity
• Must possess a competitive, “go getter” attitude
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Excellent communicator and creative thinker with the ability to make key decisions
• Bonus skills: Adobe Creative Suite
Salary and Benefits: Salary is based on experience and education. Health, dental and vision insurance is
available to full-time employees after 90 days. Vacation and holiday pay is also available to full-time
employees after 90 days.
