PIPE WRENCH IN KNOXVILLE WINS
A DOUBLE WITH FIRSTS!
Pipe Wrench Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, Inc. is making tracks in Knoxville, Tennessee’s business community! They are the first plumbing and HVAC company in Knoxville to be awarded the Knoxville Chamber's Pinnacle Award for Small Business Excellence. This competitive and prestigious award is given to a company that has demonstrated its ability to overcome obstacles including access to capital, operational efficiency, control of expenses, customer loyalty, and distribution of products or services with a historical index of growth in revenue and workforce.
Pipe Wrench is also the first plumbing company to receive a Top Work Place Award resulting from a campaign coordinated by Energage, a national employee surveying company, to showcase outstanding businesses in the greater Knoxville area. Out of 600 companies invited to participate in the eight-county region, Pipe Wrench was one of the top 30 companies selected whose employees gave them excellent ratings. Pipe Wrench was also rated number one for communication with employees and placed as one of the top five in the small business category. Examples of factors considered on the survey were corporate culture, leadership, career opportunities, work place flexibility, benefits, and workforce morale.
