Intended to give mamas and their support people an overview of what one needs to know to get through the first 2 weeks of breastfeeding. Topics include hand expression, how to tell if baby is getting enough, normal and not-so-normal baby behavior and how to prevent sore nipples. A time for Q&A is available after every session
