Event Description:

Join us for an INFORMAL but INFORMATIVE educational lunch program presented by industry experts within your very own Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce!

FWKCC’s Lunch & Learn Series provides both chamber members and members of the business community with an opportunity to learn Best Practices on a variety of topics including, but not limited to:  Cyber Security, HR Resources, Business Continuity and Business Budgeting and Finance. This member-to-member format lets panelists informally SHARE their helpful industry standard knowledge that is ALSO specific to the business climate and requirements of our own city, region and state.

As an owner or leader within your business, you play a critical role in protecting your organization and team from both digital and physical risks, whether it's a malicious cybercriminal or a disgruntled employee.

Join three member "Risk Professionals" over lunch and hear from them on the key resources you need and best practices you can USE to (1) identify, (2) protect, and (3) mitigate after-effects of physical and cyber threats.

Featuring:

Ricky Hill, A&A Investigations and Consulting Group: As a retired FBI agent and security professional now residing in the Knoxville area, Rick brings 30+ years of experience in conducting/managing domestic and international counterterrorism, intelligence, criminal enterprise investigations and security operations. Upon retirement, he joined the US Department of Health & Human Services as Associate Director to help manage efforts to detect, deter, and mitigate national security and cyber threats.

Philip Giguere, RiskSource Clark-Theders: A Commercial Risk Advisor based in Knoxville, Philip touts his company's reputation for being a pioneer in the insurance industry with a focus centered on advancing risk management strategy for our clients. Using a risk mitigation approach--instead of sales centered--Philip is armed with significant proprietary tools, technologies, and strategies that are created for measurable outcomes while also controlling and educating about hidden costs.

Lisa Atkinson, Zelvin Security: Even though business owners *know* they could be vulnerable to a cyber-attack, it's not always so clear on how to reduce that risk. And it's not just loss of data--cyber attacks can damage reputations, operations and finances all in one blow. Lisa speaks clearly to the value of using Ethical Hacking to find out what "hackers in the wild" might do to your organization before a real breach happens, so you can develop a strategy that meets your goals, timeline and budget.

Lunch is PROVIDED (Included at NO COST to existing chamber members)!
