Navigating the Tennessee River: Full STEAM Ahead! is the theme for this year’s Gala to be held on Friday, November 21 at 5:30 pm at the Children's Museum of Oak Ridge. The evening will feature:
• Emcee Will Puckett, WVLT-TV Anchor
• James Everett, General Manager of TVA’s River Forecast Center, speaking about the Integrated Reservoir System
• Presentation of the Selma Shapiro Friend of the Child Award to Gordon Fee
• Silent auction with many unique items
• Live auction with Bear Stephenson
• Dinner from Birdwell Catering
Proceeds from the Gala support museum operations all year long. If you or your business would like to sponsor the Gala, there are six giving levels from $500 to $10,000, each with a variety of benefits that include Gala tickets.
