The Kids First Child Advocacy Center serves children who the Department of child services has identified to have been a victim of child sexual abuse and/or severe physical abuse in Loudon, Morgan, Roane and Meigs counties. Our mission is to heal the pain of child abuse. We offer forensic interviews, forensic medical interviews, court prep, family advocacy, and evidence-based trauma-focused therapy at no cost to the families and for as long as they need.
