It’s back! One of our most popular events is returning to the Adventurer’s Library. If you’ve never paired tea with cheese, you are in for a "symphony of flavors" that will completely redefine your palate.
The Partnership:
We are proud to partner once again with the experts at Euphoric Cheese Shop in Farragut. Owners Amy Burritt and Cheri Intveld are true "cheesemongers" who believe that cheese, like tea, is a way to bring the community together.

This isn't just a tasting; it’s a masterclass in flavor profiles. You will be guided through a curated selection of:
4-5 Specialty Cheeses: From creamy, bloomy rinds (like the fan-favorite Fromager d'Affinois) to bold, aged Alpines or sharp cheddars.
4-5 Artisanal Teas: Hand-selected to complement, contrast, or elevate the specific notes of each cheese.
The "How-To":
Learn the professional techniques for sampling, pairing, and savoring. We’ll discuss why a smoky Oolong loves a sharp cheddar and how a delicate White tea can make a triple-crème brie sing.
