Then join the West Young Professionals to gain insight about yourself and learn skills that will help you Navigate the Challenging Conversations you face with your 1) customers, 2) colleagues, 3) superiors, and your 4) family and friends. Whether you're working through misunderstandings, confusion, anger, or even resentment, these kinds of conversations don't have to be a miserable waste of time. They can actually be some of the most productive and significant conversations you have.
The workshop will begin promptly at 8:00AM so plan to arrive a few minutes before to get some coffee and breakfast; hot food buffet to include eggs, sausage, fresh cut fruit, assorted bagels (cream cheese and butter), orange juice, coffee, and tea provided by ALoft hotel
