We have an opening for a Customer Service Coordinator. Some experience is needed, because we want you to get trained on our processes, and have you supporting our service staff ASAP.
 

You Provide:
• Excellent phone and communication skills
• Aptitude for excellent customer service and communication
Proficient understanding of Office and CRM software
• Proven capability to multitask and prioritize
• Ability to work on a multi-person team
• Desire to do quality work and provide great customer service
• Awesome attitude and work ethic
• Fantastic organizational aptitude
• Working knowledge of HVAC industry
• Two years’ experience in a similar customer service, preferably within the trades industry
 
The Job:
Take incoming customer calls, emails and messages and convert them to appointments for the service team; schedule as calls are received
Outreach to schedule residential maintenance agreement customers and maintain the maintenance agreements, including billing, scheduling, database information and renewals
Contact customers to update status regarding parts and service for scheduling as requested by dispatcher
• Using provided guidelines, collect customer information to make the service process more accurate and efficient
Assist with documentation, reporting, CRM entry, and processing to assist the staff and ease the customers’ experience
Communicate well with home and property owners and convey any information to appropriate staff, while facilitating resolution to all requests, billing, job processes, and questions
• Participate in weekly admin meetings
• Back up and assist other office staff as needed or assigned
• Maintain professional attitude at all times

This position is located in our Roane County office at Central City Heating & Air Conditioning - BUT could be located in our North Knoxville location if it's the right fit.
