Role Overview
As a Back of House Team Member, you’re the engine behind every plate served. From prepping fresh ingredients to cooking, cleaning, and organizing, your work directly supports the quality and speed of service our customers receive. You’ll be part of a tight-knit kitchen crew that thrives on precision, hustle, and delivering consistently great food.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to standardized recipes and specifications
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and food safety in all kitchen areas
- Assist with prep, line cooking, dishwashing, and other BOH tasks as needed
- Ensure all food leaving the kitchen meets quality and presentation standards
- Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene protocols consistently
- Support smooth kitchen operations during service, setup, and closing
