Coach Position @ Brain Balance of Farragut
JOB DESCRIPTION –
Brain Balance Achievement Center of Farragut seeks a dynamic, enthusiastic and
caring Coach to lead and drive school aged children through various physical
activities in our Sensory Motor room and academic activities. This is an ideal and
rewarding position for those who enjoy working with children.
*Clients who have worked in kinesiology, exercise science, ABA Therapy, and
education are often a great fit for this position, however all interested please
apply*. All training is provided.

Brain Balance is the leading drug-free training program designed to help kids who
have struggles such as ADHD, Dyslexia, Processing Disorders, or other Behavior,
Academic, & Social struggles. The program gets to the root of their challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES -
• Responsible for moving 2 children through a specialized activity circuit in
one hour increments.
• Must keep data on every child in each activity, must be Computer/IPAD
Literate.
• Able to employ Brain Balance approved behavior management techniques.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• This is a fast paced position. Coaches will be required to be on their feet
helping kids with physical activities, coordination, sensory activities.• Team player.
• Flexible schedule.
HOURS & SCHEDULING -
• Afternoon/early evening shifts
• M-T-Th
• Part-time
PAY - The pay begins at $12 an hour with advancement based on job performance
after initial training. Additional hours available, as well as opportunities for growth
within company.
