What You’ll Do: As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll lead by example—guiding your team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll manage daily tasks, support team development, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store.
As a Cobblerista, you’ll craft delicious desserts, engage with customers, and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
General Responsibilities (All Positions):
- Perform front-of-house, back-of-house, prep, and expo duties.
- Deliver fast, accurate service and uphold product quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and accessibility of the store.
- Operate POS systems and handle cash deposits accurately.
- Prepare food and beverages to standard or customized recipes.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Work flexible shifts between 12 PM and 10 PM.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and build relationships.
- Quick learners with a passion for customer service.
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow.
- Experience with cash handling and store safety (preferred for supervisors).
- Calm and confident in dynamic environments.
Shift Supervisor Qualifications:
- Experience leading or coordinating teams of 2+ employees.
- Ability to delegate tasks and manage shift operations.
- Motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic about mentoring others.
