Job Overview
As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be an essential part of the OZONE Leotards and Turn Gymnastics web fulfillment team. You will help receive inventory, prepare orders for shipment, maintain quality standards, and support day-to-day warehouse operations.
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
· Receive, inspect, and put away inventory
· Prepare custom and web orders for shipment
· Ensure products meet OZONE quality standards
· Tag, prep, and organize inventory for website releases
· Assist with inventory organization and cycle counts
· Troubleshoot order and inventory issues as needed
· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
· Follow established safety, quality, and fulfillment procedures
Physical Requirements
To perform this role, associates must be able to:
· Lift and move items up to 40 pounds
· Stand and walk for extended periods
· Push, pull, squat, bend, reach, and climb step ladders as needed
· Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment
· Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Work Environment
Safety Your safety is important to us. Protective equipment will be provided when necessary.
Warehouse Setting You may work around moving equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and mobile carts.
Physical Activity Some tasks require standing for extended periods, walking throughout the warehouse, and climbing step ladders.
Temperature Warehouse temperatures may vary between approximately 60°F and 80°F depending on the season and work area.
Noise The warehouse can be noisy at times. Hearing protection is available if needed.
Dress Code A relaxed dress code applies; however, comfortable closed-toe shoes are recommended for safety.

Qualifications
· Must be at least 18 years of age

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
