Job Coach

Seeking an energetic, employment-first focused job coach to assist with day-to-day supervision of youth and adults with disabilities enrolled in a work preparatory program at our job training centers in Knoxville and Oak Ridge. Ideal candidates will be passionate about supporting individuals preparing to enter community employment, be creative and innovative in coaching techniques, and be able to work as part of a team.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15/hour

Candidates must have driver's license and be insurable under Goodwill's insurance, reliable transportation that can be used to go to other locations as needed, ability to pass a criminal background check (TBI), high school diploma or equivalency, with one (1) year of professional work experience and six (6) months training and/or experience working with individuals with disabilities in teaching life skills and work tasks. Experience with American Sign Language (ASL) a plus!
