Louisville, TN — For 10 years, Louisville Mercantile has been a place where people come not just to find something for their home, but to feel at home—and on Saturday, May 16, 2026, the shop is inviting the community to celebrate that milestone together.
The celebration highlights the shop’s ongoing commitment to community connection and creating a welcoming place to gather and explore. Guests can enjoy a festive day featuring pop-up vendors including Anya’s Gone Nuts, Stony Hill Cutlery, Gingersnap Quilts, Mikayla Dee Pottery, Broady Meadow Biscotti, and local author Lauralei Morton, along with curated giveaway baskets and in-store experiences.
Founded in 2016, Louisville Mercantile has grown into a destination for thoughtfully selected home décor, furniture, and unique gifts. Beyond what’s on the shelves, the shop hosts hands-on classes, offers creative supplies, and plans regular events that give people a reason to come in, stay awhile, and enjoy time together. The shop also features curated consignment, offering a rotating selection of furniture and home décor pieces.
“Reaching 10 years is something we don’t take lightly,” said owner Sylvia Davis. “This shop has always been about more than what’s on the shelves—it’s about the people who walk through the door. This celebration is really a thank-you to the community that has supported us and made this place what it is today.”
Louisville Mayor Jill Pugh added, “We’re proud to celebrate Louisville Mercantile's 10-year anniversary and the role it has played in bringing people together in our community. Businesses like this help make Louisville a place people want to visit, connect, and spend time.”
In addition to the May 16 event, Louisville Mercantile will feature special offerings and experiences throughout the month, inviting both longtime customers and new visitors to be part of the celebration.
The anniversary event is open to the public.
