Recently, we have gone a step further with certification to assist those who are adapting their homes for Aging in Place through CAPS certification(Certified Aging in Place Specialist). This certification comes from the NAHB(National Association of Home Builders) and equips our designers with the knowledge to account for current or anticipated special access or safety needs in closets, offices, pantries and garages. We have options like Automatic lifts, in closets and garages, for clothes, storage bins, bikes, and equipment. With the assistance of our 3D design software, we can customize the room for height and reach restrictions, special lighting needs, and safe clearances for assistive devices.
