We are looking for full time and part time associates.
Store Hours: Sunday 10:00am - 3:00pm, Monday - Friday 8:00am - 6:30pm, Saturday 9:30am - 3:00pm
Opening and closing shifts will be around 15-30 minutes before and after store hours.
Summary of Job Description:
- Provide world-class customer customer service and assist customers with their inquiries
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist customers in making purchasing decisions
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- After 90 or before days, you will be required to be a notary public for the state of TN. This is not optional.
